Satisfaction Guarantee

Try our services for 90-days and if you are not satisfied we will refund you the management fees collected during those 90 days. Offer is exclusively valid for property management agreements pertaining to single-family homes.

Quick Lease Guarantee

If we are unable to rent your unit within our estimated rental range within 21 days, we will waive the lease-up fee. To qualify for the quick lease Guarantee, Centurion is to set the rental rate based on rental analysis; the home must be vacant and move-in ready, and allow approved pets. (max 2).

Tenant Guarantee

If a tenant that Centurion places breaks their lease term during the first 6 months of their term, we will re-lease the property and waive the leasing fee.

Maintenance Guarantee

For up to 90 Days, we guarantee any work that our in-house techs do and will cover the cost to make it right.
